Opening orders must be paid in full upon ordering (net60 terms do not apply to opening orders). Reorders (as well as any of our established consignment partners) can pay later by choosing net60 terms at checkout. You can return unwanted or unsold merchandise at any time before the 60 days have passed to have your invoice adjusted by using our prepaid USPS shipping label to mail them back to us. All returns must be clean, un-damaged headbands and your package must be post marked within 60 days of original order date to qualify for a return. Your invoice will be updated and re-issued to reflect your new balance once we have received your returns,
MandaBees issues invoices via Square. accepts credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. We also accept cash/check on a case by case basis.
Minimum order quantity.
Opening orders must be $250+. This ensures you will have adequate inventory for a solid display. There is no minimum order requirement on re-orders.
Wholesale pricing is displayed on MandaBees.com when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.
Retail prices are to be equal to what is listed on MandaBees.com for each product. Sales are not permitted.
Return and Exchange Policy.
To avoid having to pay the entire balance of your invoice, you are welcome at any time to use the prepaid shipping label and included mailer to return any of your unsold* inventory. Upon receiving your return items, your invoice will be updated to reflect your new balance. We will then resend your invoice via email and it will be due upon receipt.
All returns must be post marked (in the mail) within 60 days of your original order date. Your prepaid label is valid through USPS only.
*We do not accept returns of damaged, dirty, stained or worn headbands.
*You are responsible for cost of the entire order (see original receipt), including any product that is sold, given away, lost, damaged, stolen, or otherwise not allocated for unless product is returned in acceptable condition within 60 days of the original order date. Upon receipt of your returned items, your order will be adjusted and an updated invoice will be sent will reflect your new payment amount. Your updated invoice will be due upon receipt.
Each headband will arrive to you tagged and priced. We can provide you with a display for your headbands for a refundable fee. We have several options, large and small, and we are also open to your own display ideas, though they will need to be approved. After your first order, we may reach out to request photos of your MandaBees display for approval from our team.
MandaBees offers free shipping for all wholesale orders over $100 (MUST use code WHOLESALE at checkout for free shipping.) MandaBees makes every attempt to ship out orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling MandaBees merchandise on any other online retail outlet. MandaBees merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Groups or any other means.
Coupons and discounts will not be honored for wholesale orders.
We double-check each order for correctness and accuracy before sending it your way. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact MandaBees at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt of damaged shipments. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or will be credited to your account. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt. (We do, however, offer a 100% guarantee for defective headbands!)
MandaBees reserves the right to cancel your wholesale account at any time, for any reason.
