How to place a wholesale order:
Please note: If you are one of our established consignment partners, you will not have to apply and are already approved for net payment terms, so you will not need to do anything other than make your account and place your next order once your special pricing has been applied.
1. Before you are able to place a wholesale order, you must first create an account on MandaBees.com. (Go to MandaBees.com and click "create account" in the top right corner.)
2. Then, send us an application. (link here)
3. Upon approval, you will be able to log in to your MandaBees account and preview wholesale pricing, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website. (You can either choose each headband individually, or add the "we'll choose for you" option to your cart.)
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. MandaBees accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. To apply for Net60 Payment terms, send us an email here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Minimum order quantity.
Opening orders must be $200+. This ensures you will have adequate inventory for a solid display. There is no minimum order requirement on re-orders.
Wholesale pricing is displayed on MandaBees.com when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.
Retail prices are to be equal to what is listed on MandaBees.com for each product. Sales are not permitted.
Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. *Return process is different for buyers approved for Net60 terms.
Returned Goods must be clean, unused, undamaged and with original tags attached. Whether or not items are eligible for return or exchange is at the sole discretion of MandaBees Headbands. All exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Notice of Damages.
MandaBees makes every effort to inspect each headband during every step of the hand-making and order processing process. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all Goods delivered match the items ordered / invoiced.
The Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 10 days after receiving the Goods to be eligible for a return.
If we made a mistake, MandaBees will pay the return shipping and refund or replace the product in question.
Wholesale orders over $100 ship free. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer (you).
Each headband will arrive to you tagged and priced. We can provide you with a display for your headbands for a refundable fee. We have several options, large and small, and we are also open to your own display ideas, though they will need to be approved. After your first order, we may reach out to request photos of your MandaBees display for approval from our team. MandaBees reserves the right to request changes be made to our Display and/or Signage, or any other representation of MandaBees made by the Buyer that does not align with our branding and vision.
MandaBees Headbands does not collect sales tax on Wholesale Orders; it is the responsibility of the Buyer to collect and remit any sales taxes associated with the sale of MandaBees Headbands.
Coupons and discounts will not be honored for wholesale orders.
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling MandaBees merchandise on any other online retail outlet. MandaBees merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Groups or any other means unless otherwise approved in writing by MandaBees Headbands.
MandaBees reserves the right to cancel your wholesale account at any time, for any reason.
