Returns

We guarantee your MandaBees headband will stay in place when worn correctly. Please be sure you're wearing your headband as we designed it to be worn -- half on your forehead, half on your hair-- and no matter your hair type or head shape, it won't slip!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send your headband (with a note saying your name / order number and the word "refund") back to us within 30 days:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
