Shipping policy

Shipping options.  

We offer two shipping options for your convenience: USPS First Class (Standard) shipping (cheapest option) which takes approximately 2 to 7 days (and occasionally longer, according to USPS), and USPS Priority Shipping with insurance, which is guaranteed in 2-3 days. Both shipping options come with tracking, and as soon as we print your label you will be emailed your tracking number to the email you input at checkout. 

Processing times.

We do our best to ship orders every 24 hours. Occasionally depending on order volume, it may take your order a few days to ship. Please don't panic!

The shipping option you choose does not affect our processing time of your order (meaning if you chose priority shipping, it may still take us a day or two to ship your order.)

Missing mail.

If your package is missing (package is stuck in transit, tracking number has not updated in 14 days and package has not been marked as delivered) MandaBees will re-ship or refund your order. Please note we can only issue refunds or re-ships after the 14 days have passed without any activity on your tracking number. 

MandaBees is not responsible for packages scanned as "Delivered" according to your tracking number. Please contact your local USPS office if you suspect mail theft or believe your mail carrier is delivering your mail to a different address.

MandaBees is NOT responsible for packages that have become missing or delivered to the wrong address as a result of the customer typing their address in incorrectly.
