This is my first purchase. I haven’t tried it at work yet, but it seems to hold well on my head when I tried it on with a mask. The buttons, although sewed down differently, aren’t too big or awkwardly positioned. I think the only thing I’d change is to add some type of rubber backing on the front to ensure its stability. Otherwise, I’m happy with my purchase.
