Great product, terrible shipping and customer service

I live one county over from where these are made. It took four days after placing my order for the bands I ordered to hit a shipping status. 11 days after my order the tracking still said pending. I sent an email asking what's taking so long and if my order was lost and never got a response, but magically two days later my bands arrived. Needless to say, I won't be placing another order, but at least the product is as described so I still give it 4 stars.

Hi! I hand-make these to order, so on weeks where I have more orders, it does take me longer to work through them. No magic :)
